Privacy notice

What personal data we receive through this website, why, for how long, and your rights.

Who is responsible

INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION COMPANY (SAS), 47 boulevard de Courcelles, 75008 Paris, France, RCS Paris 910 477 512, is the data controller. Contact: contact@iac.ai.

What we receive

This website has no user accounts and no advertising trackers. Its forms open your own email app with a message to contact@iac.ai, and you decide whether to send it.

So we only receive what you choose to send us: usually your name, email address, company, role and message, plus any figures you add from the calculator.

If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address and answers to the booking questions, under its own privacy policy.

Like any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.

To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and Cloudflare states that it does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites. We see totals only, such as pages viewed, referring sites, country and type of device, never who you are.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a possible engagement (steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To follow up on our business relationship, keep the website secure and count visits without cookies (our legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.

Who sees it

The IAC.ai team, and the providers that run our tools: HubSpot (contact management), Microsoft (email), Calendly (call booking) and Cloudflare (hosting and security).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards set by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@iac.ai. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
